This projects aims to disrupt the typical ebbs and flows of park-goers. The sense of direction is a tool for efficiency. The paths in Morningside Park guide people across the park, quickly and without confusion. Through intervention, the Enchanted Maze forces people to exist within the park, rather than move directly from one side to the other. New interactions emerge from people getting lost within the park. The Enchanted Maze rips away the sense of direction, effectively unifying those who are lost within it.
